StrongHER: Strength for Menopause

StrongHER is our strength training program in Oshawa for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Over six weeks, you’ll work through rows, squats, lunges, and other resistance movements designed to protect bone density, build muscle, and support the hormonal and physical changes of this life stage. Every session is led by Dr. Aleisha Adeboyejo in a small-group setting.

About StrongHER

StrongHER is designed to help women navigate menopause with confidence through effective strength training. The program focuses on exercises such as rows, squats, lunges, and other resistance movements to build muscle, protect bone health, support metabolism, and improve energy and overall wellbeing.

Billable under chiropractic or physiotherapy benefits. An assessment is required before starting.

Dr. Aleisha Adeboyejo is a chiropractor and clinic owner at Oshawa Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Wellness Centre. A former Team Canada synchronized skater, she brings dedication and a deep understanding of movement to her work with patients. Dr. Aleisha leads the StrongHER program and is passionate about helping women feel strong and supported at every stage of life.
