Intro to Mat Pilates
Perfect for beginners or anyone new to Pilates, this class focuses on learning the fundamentals of mat-based movement. Improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled exercises, with plenty of guidance on technique and breathing, all at an approachable pace.
Level 2 Mat Pilates
Designed for those who have taken “Intro to Mat Pilates,” this class builds on foundational movements with more challenging exercises and progressions. Expect a stronger focus on core stability, coordination, balance, and endurance through dynamic and flowing sequences.

Why Pilates?
Pilates is one of the most effective ways to build a strong, resilient body from the inside out. Regular practice may help improve core stability, posture, flexibility, and body awareness while supporting overall strength in a low-impact, mindful way.
