Arthritis Busters

Arthritis Busters is our gentle exercise class in Oshawa for people living with arthritis. Across two levels, you’ll work on mobility, flexibility, balance, and lower-body strength, reducing stiffness and pain while rebuilding the confidence to move through daily activities. Level 1 focuses on awareness and foundational strength; Level 2 progresses to dynamic, functional movement.

About Arthritis Busters

This gentle exercise class helps people living with arthritis improve mobility, flexibility, balance, and lower body strength while reducing stiffness and pain.

The program includes two levels: Level 1 focuses on awareness and foundational strength, while Level 2 progresses to dynamic and functional movement.

Billable under chiropractic or physiotherapy benefits. An assessment is required before starting.

Dr. Aleisha Adeboyejo is a chiropractor and clinic owner at Oshawa Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Wellness Centre. A former Team Canada synchronized skater, she brings dedication and a deep understanding of movement to her work with patients. She is committed to providing patient-centered care that supports long-term health and wellbeing.

Victoria Chia

Registered Physiotherapist

Victoria is a Registered Physiotherapist and certified Pilates instructor who brings a strong athletic background and a patient-centered approach to her practice. She completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University and has been part of the OWC team, helping patients build strength, improve mobility, and take an active role in their health.
