Prenatal Fitness
Our prenatal fitness class in Oshawa is a gentle, practitioner-led program designed to support your body through every stage of pregnancy. Over six weeks, you’ll work on pelvic floor activation, posture, core and glute strength, labour preparation, and optimal baby positioning. All in a small-group setting with modifications for wherever you are in pregnancy.

About Prenatal Fitness
This gentle, expert-led prenatal fitness class is designed to support your changing body throughout pregnancy. Sessions focus on pelvic floor activation, posture, core and glute strength, labour preparation, and optimal baby positioning. Participants can begin at any stage of pregnancy, with modifications available to keep movements safe and supportive.
Billable under chiropractic or physiotherapy benefits. An assessment is required before starting.

Prenatal fitness may help support pelvic floor function, improve posture, build core and glute strength, and prepare your body for labour. You may also find it helps you feel stronger and more comfortable throughout each trimester.
Meet Your Instructor

Ana Norori
Physiotherapy Assistant
Ana graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology. She completed Durham College’s OTA/PTA program in 2023, graduating at the top of her class. Ana has been part of the OWC team since 2023 and is passionate about providing safe, client-centered care. She plays a key role at the clinic as the prenatal class instructor, guiding expecting moms through rehabilitative exercises to support their health and well-being.
