Patients come to us from across Oshawa, Whitby, Courtice, and Bowmanville. Classes are small, practitioner-led, and designed to be safe for a wide range of fitness levels.

Amazing clinic! All the therapists truly care and work together to help their patients. You don’t feel like they are rushing to get you in and out. Dr. Andrew Cregg’s chiropractic and acupuncture treatment has allowed me more mobility and lessened my hip pain. I recently started massage therapy with Bram and Stephanie who are great with deep pressure and more “sport” therapy. I have also seen Timea for massage therapy and she is amazing too especially if you have a lot of tension in your upper traps and shoulders. For the first time in a long time my pain is manageable. Look forward to continuing treatment. Can’t forget the friendly front desk staff too!
Extremely clean office, very friendly and welcoming team. They truely want what’s best for the patient and work together to ensure that every visit is for the patient. They do direct billing to your insurance company (providing your insurance allows this) which simplifies the experience. I really feel like I’m visiting friends with benefits for my back.
