Our Women’s Strength class in Oshawa is a small-group strength program designed to help you reconnect with your physical strength in a supportive setting. Over six weeks, you’ll learn foundational strength training, safe movement mechanics, and progressions you can continue at home. Every session is led by Dr. Deanna Nickle.

Dr. Deanna Nickle
Chiropractor & Acupuncture Provider
Dr. Deanna Nickle is a chiropractor and acupuncture provider at Oshawa Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Wellness Centre. Raised in Oshawa with a competitive background in hockey, soccer, ringette, and lacrosse, she brings a genuine passion for movement and active living to her work with patients. She is committed to helping women build strength and confidence through safe, evidence-informed care.
