Over six weeks, Victoria Chia guides small groups through low-impact exercises that support core stability, posture, and flexibility. Victoria Chia
Registered Physiotherapist
Victoria is a Registered Physiotherapist and certified Pilates instructor who brings a strong athletic background and a patient-centered approach to her practice. She completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University and has been part of the OWC team, helping patients build strength, improve mobility, and take an active role in their health.
