Dr. Mark Asquith

Dr. Mark Asquith is a lifelong resident of Oshawa who grew up playing competitive hockey, soccer, and rugby. He obtained an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Brock University and during his time there volunteered at the Brock-Niagara Centre for Health and Well-being. He worked alongside individuals diagnosed with a variety of neuromusculoskeletal disorders ranging from Parkinson’s disease to multiple sclerosis. He strived to enhance the quality of life of those around him by assisting individuals in rehabilitation through specific programs focusing on exercise and active therapy.

Dr. Mark’s passion for helping others led him to attend the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College to complete a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, where he graduated with clinical honours and Magna Cum Laude. In addition to this, he has obtained certification in contemporary medical acupuncture from McMaster University.

His aim is to build positive relationships and help all individuals attain their own goals by providing care that is evidence-based, and patient-centered. This is accomplished through the integration of diversified manual manipulation, myofascial release techniques, patient education on conditions, neurofunctional acupuncture, and active rehabilitation/exercise.
